Swab Now is a product of Compliantly, Inc. (“we”, “us”). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information on swabnow.com, store.swabnow.com, and app.swabnow.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly: contact details submitted through our demo and contact forms; name, email, billing, and shipping information when you purchase testing kits; and account information when your company creates or joins an employer account. When your employer uses our platform to administer testing, we process information needed to run each test session, including donor identity verification, the video record of the witnessed collection, and chain-of-custody documentation. We also collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the service: to fulfill kit orders, run witnessed collection sessions, deliver results to authorized users on the employer dashboard, maintain the chain of custody, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers needed to deliver the service, such as our payment processor, identity verification provider, video infrastructure provider, shipping carriers, certified laboratories, and, where enabled, Medical Review Officers. Each provider is limited to the data required for its role. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Test information
Test results are available only to authorized users of the ordering employer’s account. Collection sessions are recorded and retained as evidence supporting the chain of custody. Records are protected with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and audit logging.
Retention and your choices
We retain records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and evidentiary requirements. If you are a donor in an employer’s testing program, some requests may need to be directed to your employer, which controls its testing records.
