The service
Swab Now provides remotely witnessed oral fluid drug and alcohol collection for employer testing programs: QR-paired collection kits, live video observation by certified collectors, electronic chain-of-custody documentation, laboratory confirmation of non-negative rapid results, and an employer dashboard.
Purchases
Kit prices are shown at purchase and include the witnessed collection service. Payment is processed by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers. Kits are reserved to the purchasing company. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to defeat identity verification or witnessed collection, interfering with the platform, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Employer responsibilities
Employers are responsible for operating their testing programs lawfully, including obtaining any required consents and notices, complying with the drug testing laws that apply to them, and acting on results appropriately. Our platform surfaces state-law awareness as a convenience; it is not legal advice.

The service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be disclaimed. We do not provide legal or medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
